Citroën is rewriting the rules for B-segment cars with the introduction of the characterful new C3, designed and built in Europe. The all-new, all-electric ë-C3 will deliver best-in-class comfort, an easy electric experience, and exceptional value for money.
New C3 features Citroën’s distinctive new brand signature, with its large new oval logo. The distinctive design of the front and rear lights features a unique three-level lighting signature with one vertical and two horizontal lenses. The higher roofline and upright windscreen give the car more interior space and the SUV design elements (roof bars, skid plates, wheel arch extensions) accentuate the feeling of protection.
Citroen’s Advanced Comfort® Suspension, featuring Progressive Hydraulic Cushions®, makes its Bsegment debut on ë-C3, bringing Citroën’s signature level of ride comfort. New ë-C3 also introduces the latest generation of Advanced Comfort® Seats. These have a core of high-density foam, with an additional upper layer of structured foam to provide a welcoming and soft feel from first contact, to complement New ë-C3’s exceptional ride comfort and seats, Citroën has developed a new concept in interior design, C-ZEN LOUNGE. Innovative, spacious, and well-equipped, it reinvents the traditional dashboard and provides extremely high levels of comfort and usability.
New ë-C3 uses a 44kWh LFP (Lithium Ferro Phosphate) battery pack to deliver up to 199 miles of WLTP driving range, perfect for the needs of supermini drivers. 100kW DC rapid charging capability allows charging from 20% to 80% in as little as 26 minutes. Meanwhile, standard AC charging from 20% to 80% takes around 4h10 using 7kW power. With its 83kW (113hp) electric motor and fully automatic transmission accelerating the car from 0-62mph in around 10 seconds, and with a top speed of 82mph, the all-new ë-C3 delivers more than enough performance to deal with everyday driving.
